Time Out Says
Inka offers excellent food to equally stunning views of Downtown Dubai. The venue is spilt into two areas – a sophisticated lounge and an elegant, private dining space featuring sleek tables and some stylish artwork. The staff are friendly and professional with excellent knowledge of the menu, thankfully, as reading it can feel a little complicated. Staff encourage sharing courses for a more relaxed style of fine dining. Our deep-fried baby squid starter is crunchy and the pickled jalapeño yoghurt with coriander freshens the dish up nicely. For mains, we recommend the lobster seafood chupe – a chunky stew packed with lobster tail, succulent scallops and prawns, all presented in a large bowl with quinoa. The chicken ajo de gallina, a Peruvian-style curry, is the most flavoursome, and the spices in the sauce are gentle, so not to overpower the dish. The tender chicken thigh is shredded into the sauce for extra depth. If you’re coming to Peruvian food for the first time, Inka offers a great introduction. you won’t be disappointed.
