Sit down grill offering comfort cuisine in Karama
Time Out Says
From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009This smart-looking Indian eatery must have had all the others in Karama crying into their curry pots. The interiors are a cut above, with comfortable, dark blue cushioned furniture and spotless surrounds.
But, while the atmosphere is less shabby than its curry rivals, Khater’s culinary prowess lies elsewhere: in its kebabs. We can recommend the shami (minced mutton, chicken kalmi (chicken drumsticks) and the barrah (mutton chops).
Select your preference, along with a great roti (at a mere Dhs1) and maybe a Khater special dahl (yellow rather than black) and you really can’t go wrong.
