Time Out Says

With a prime location right on the sand, this Jumeirah Beach Hotel restaurant’s beachside setting is the ideal place to tuck into pizza, pasta and other Italian delights. It gets busy most nights and the seating, as its name would suggest, is all outdoors, so make sure you book ahead on balmy evenings. There’s a selection of cold and hot antipasti, including fried arancini rice balls and fried mixed seafood with roast garlic and caper aioli. The broad bean ravioli with asparagus, aged parmesan, basil and sun dried tomato is a standout signature dish and unlike anything else offered in the city’s slew of Italian restaurants. The pizzas hold up well, too; try a vegetarian option with eggplant, zucchini, pepper and basil, or scoff up the spicy devil chicken with onion and mozzarella cheese. Still hungry? Finish the evening on a sweet note with the creamy lime-flavoured cheesecake and tart raspberry coulis.
