Little Black Door
Time Out Says
An absolute must-visit for tourists or residents alike, Little Black Door has a superb menu, cool-as-it-gets décor, brilliant staff and a lighting scheme so generous and complimentary you’ll most likely want to install it in your house afterwards. You’ll find it in the Conrad Dubai, just behind, ahem, a little black door to the right of the lobby – and you’ll be mighty glad you did when you do. Outside it all looks very unassuming, inside it feels like an old, Gothic New York townhouse, all dingy nooks and delicious dark corners. The atmosphere is electric. The food is excellent too, an array of exquisite finger food including knockout skewers of prawns, beef, chicken and portabello mushrooms, truffles and pecorino cheese, fois gras hot dogs, salmon tartare cones, spicy lobster and wagyu salami with wasabi crème fraiche. Salivating yet? You should be. And you should also get yourself along here now.
