Tucked away in the streets of Karama, opposite BurJuman Mall, Little Italy is a brand that’s already popular in India, but this is the first outlet to open in Dubai. From the outside, the venue is a little drab and doesn’t inspire much confidence, and inside the ambience doesn’t improve much. When it comes to the food, vegetarians will be delighted with the menu. The pizzas are thin, crispy and loaded with ingredients. The pasta is tasty enough, but extremely heavy and lacking in presentation. Staff are friendly and hardworking, but you may face a bit of a wait as the staff to diner ratio seems to be a bit off, especially on a weekend. A good budget spot for those with vegetarian diners in the group.
