Time Out Says
While it’s an absolute strength, and your whole party will be happy, it’s also something of an oddly diverse menu, that seems to lack a bit of focus, and therefore finesse.
It’s worth pointing out that you’re most likely to head here for the frankly spectacular views of the Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown Dubai. Seriously, we could spend a week gawking from the balcony.
While the food here isn’t quite as jaw dropping as the view, it certainly accompanies drinks, music, conversation and vistas well.
The mozzarella arancini, while fulfilling the mandate of being cheesy and gooey, does lack a bit of edge, and would welcome the presence of a more mature, tangier cheese, or a sharper sauce on the side. The fritto misto (mixed sea food) is principally a plate of deep-fried whole whitebait, but we thoroughly enjoy seeing a show being made whenever a giant truffle is proudly presented from inside its own treasure chest.
It’s decent enough, but the views are so good you won’t really mind.
