Weirdly-titled Arabic dining at The Address Dubai Mall

Time Out Says

From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2011
The first time we ventured to this buffet-only spot we had a rather embarrassing showdown with a concierge at the hotel – ‘Can you show us where nah-three-nah-three is?’ ‘Nasty nasty?’ he replied. It turns out the threes are silent. ‘Nah-nah’ offers a standard selection of Middle Eastern cuisine – the ample salad buffet looks appealing, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. Bread is too often stale, salad wilted, and the barometer of any good MENA restaurant, the houmous was unappetisingly salty.

The hot mains are an improvement: the sujok is nicely tangy, and the freshly prepared mixed grills juicy, but the rest of the dishes forgettable. Desserts are predominantly Western – a touch of trifle and tiramisu thrown in with chocolate mousse and jelly – and while not offensive, they don’t live up to their looks. When it first opened in September 2009, we were pleasantly surprised by this buffet spot, but its standards seem to have slipped quite a bit in just a year.
