Last year we experienced the likes of MasterChef (UK) winners Tim Anderson and Dhruv Baker, as well as celebrity chef Andy Bates of Food Network UK and chef José Pizarro, a regular on UK cooking TV shows.
Even Michelin-starred chefs Jean-Christophe Novelli and Atul Kochhar made appearances at Dubai Food Festival.
Now it has been revealed that the calibre of food experts taking part have a total of seven Michelin stars between.
Tom Aikens – who is opening a second Dubai restaurant this year – is one of the big names taking part, and Kochhar returns in 2016.
Other stars taking to Dubai’s Media City Amphitheatre are Jun Tanaka, Tim Anderson, Paolo Pettenuzzo, Jenny Morris Reza Mahammad, Nathan Outlaw and Alfred Prasad.
