Atlantis has a new restaurant.
Less than six months after the launch of Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen, the doors will open at Lebanese venue Ayamna.
Translated as 'our memorable days', there is serious focus being put on making the new dining spot as authentic as possible, with cultural references littered throughout the aesthetic and menu. Early renderings suggest a bright, airy setting, and details of the terrace point to much the same.
Time Out Dubai has been granted an exclusive sneak peek at Ayamna and will be able to reveal all on Thursday.
But for now we profile some of the signature food items below, each being the brainchild of Chef Ali El Bourji, who has been part of the Atlantis team - and therefore associated with the likes of Nobu, Yuan and Seafire - for almost a decade. He has also appeared as a guest judge on Masterchef Arabia and Matloub Chef.
According to information released to Time Out, Ayamna will also have live music from Lebanese entertainers, belly dancing and more.
