The chef will be in the kitchen at Nathan Outlaw at Al Mahara for dinner service on Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15. He is launching a new menu at the Burj Al Arab restaurant and will be showcasing some of the new dishes on both days.
The stunning venue, complete with huge aquarium centre-piece, relaunched in August 2016 with Outlaw at the helm. As well as Outlaw and right-hand man Pete Biggs in the kitchen, the dining room got a new, modern look, a bar area and an outside terrace.
It won a Highly Commended Best Newcomer – Fine Dining gong at the 2017 Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards, with our reviewers praising the atmosphere and quality of ingredients.
Tables for this weekend’s dinners (service is from 7pm to 11pm both days) are sure to be at a premium and reservations in advance are a must.
