A third Last Exit food truck park is opening up in Dubai, less than a year after the first one hit the city.
Following the launch of the food truck drive-thru park last July near Jebel Ali on Sheikh Zayed Road, Last Exit opened up a second branch at Al Qudra Lakes, a popular weekend hub for cyclists, dog walkers and the like. The third branch will be appearing at Al Khawaneej near Mushrif Park on Thursday April 20.
Unlike previous openings, Meraas is planning to give Last Exit D89 a slightly greener vibe, perhaps mirroring the nearby Mushrif Park. The destination has been described as an experience for those at home in the great outdoors, with spacious lawns, vintage pick-ups, bird houses and farm animals. Meraas has also made this space available for community events, while also revealing plans to develop the nearby community with a homestead, bakery and indoor restaurants.
Expect to see some Last Exit favourites, like Jaldi Jaldi and Burger Pit, but also a range of additions in the latest instalment of the pop-up truck food site. This is the full list of outlets:
- Hecho en Dubai
- The Shebi
- Burger Pit
- Jaldi Jaldi
- Mooyah Burger
- Poco Loco
- Hot Chix
- Gyros & Doner
- My Karak
Meraas, the developer behind other leisure complexes like The Beach and City Walk, is planning another seven Last Exits around Dubai over the next course of the next two years, with designs on opening two at Al Ain Road, one at Hatta, one on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and two on Emirates Road.
