It’s a trend which has become a metaphor for the wealth around Dubai, but now the gold burger is heading to the Burj Khalifa.
At.mosphere, the restaurant on the 122nd floor or the world’s tallest building, has just revamped its menu, which now includes the “gold dusted, multi-layered billionaire burger”. It’s got a patty made from Japanese wagyu beef with an 11+ quality grade (the best you can get), foie gras, wild mushroom and sliced truffle.
Also on the menu you can find a seafood platter consisting of king crab legs, poached prawns, scallop ceviche, oysters, Balik salmon and poached lobster tail with a fennel citrus salad, horseradish cocktail sauce, yuzu dressing and shallot vinegar.
Oh, and fans of oriental cuisine with a sweet tooth should keep an eye out for the Japanese ice cream selection, including salted caramel, black sesame and Matcha green tea flavours.
