Top chefs take over Marina Social Dubai

British chefs combine for a culinary one-off

There’s a culinary treat coming to town, as the winners of the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2017’s Best European and Best Newcomer – Fine Dining titles join forces for a night of incredible cuisine.

Marina Social Dubai, by Michelin-starred British chef Jason Atherton, will host a night to remember for culinary aficionados. On Tuesday May 16, Atherton and Marina Social’s chef patron, Tristin Farmer, will welcome Rüya Dubai’s Colin Clague into the kitchen.

A five-course menu, prepared by the chefs in unison, will be available for diners. Dishes include oysters, feta borek, sashimi sea bass, and seared foie gras with pickled Turkish cherries. Atherton will be bringing classic dishes from his acclaimed London restaurant Pollen Street Social, including roast and honey-glazed duck, and banana soufflé with classic British raisin ice cream.

The food-only experience will set you back Dhs350 for the evening, or Dhs500 with paired beverages.
