Ossiano, Atlantis The Palm’s fine-dining seafood restaurant, has just announced the launch of a brand-new Saturday lunch offer, which gives guests the chance to enjoy a discounted three-course meal across every weekend.
For Dhs350 per person, this luxurious restaurant is offering up a specially prepared menu, crafted by chef de cuisine Gregoire Berger. From 1pm until 3pm every Saturday, start your meal with octopus carpaccio, lobster veloute or the Ossiano buratta for a non-seafood option. Move on to the Loch Fyne Salmone (accompanied by basil, asparagus and potato), grilled tiger prawns with lemon butter or beef tenderloin with pumpkin puree, onions, mushrooms and tonkatsu sauce.
Finish things off with a chocolate fondant with coconut ice cream and salted caramel, or vanilla panna cotta with rhubarb sorbet and blackcurrant gel. Alternatively, get your hands on a broad cheese selection to end you meal.
