Exciting new dining experiences launched at Fairmont The Palm

Book in for an exclusive experience and learn some new skills, too

The Chef’s Palette at Fairmont The Palm has launched a variety of exciting new dining experiences for you to get stuck into.

If you’re planning a formal meal with at least six of your best pals, Chef’s Table Dinners offers a private dinner for a minimum of six, featuring dishes cooked personally by the restaurant’s new chef Romain Van Durmen. It comes with beverages pairing and costs Dhs445 per person, available every evening from 7.30pm.

Take the experience up a notch and really want to push the boat out by booking The Grand Connoisseur, a feast made up of the finest ingredients available from around the world – think Kumato oysters, foie gras, langoustine, AmStur Empress caviar, lobster and wagyu beef – all paired with grape and bubbly.

This eight-course extravaganza is all yours for Dhs3,500 per person for a minimum of two, including beverages.

But that’s not all. You can also book in for cooking classes with chef Romain and make that impressive formal meal yourself, like a true master chef, and you’ll only pay from Dhs195 per person for the privilege. Alternatively, book your kids in to learn some new cookery skills and perhaps they can make the dinner for you…
