Dine aboard a BBQ Donut for less this summer

Cheaper sailing and eating at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club until September 30

Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club has announced a summer promotion on its BBQ Donut floating dining experience, with great savings to be found.

Until Saturday September 30, you can get up to Dhs75 off the cost of a sailing barbecue along Dubai Creek, soaking up spectacular views of the city’s skyscrapers while you’re at it. From 3pm until 9pm you can get your hands on one of three packages for an hour on the water.

For Dhs50 per person, enjoy an hour sailing plus soft beverages, while Dhs100 will get you afternoon tea included as well as sailing and soft drinks. For Dhs150 per person, dine with friends and family on board the BBQ Donut, and grill your own grub, as well as soft drinks and water for one hour on the water. Usually, the cheapest bundle on the BBQ Donut is Dhs120, or Dhs225 for the barbecue package, so you’re making a decent saving.

We like some of the bargains on display at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club this summer, because they also happen to be offering up one of the best summer deals we’ve come across so far. For as little as Dhs175 (soft drinks) or Dhs255 (house beverages), you can spend a day playing mini golf, lazing by the pool, and brunching at the Legends restaurant. The offer runs every Friday and Saturday between noon and 3.30pm, or a cooler evening session is available on Friday between 7pm and 10.30pm.

Throughout August you also have the chance to win a midweek round of golf for four at the club, plus dinner at either QD’s or the Boardwalk, by taking part in Time Out Dubai’s massive summer giveaway.

We’ll see you aboard the BBQ Donut.

From Dhs50. Daily 3pm-9pm. Until September 30. Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, Deira (04 295 6000).
