P.F. Chang’s launches brand-new Asian menu

“Journey Through Asia” fuses cuisines from five countries across Asia

P.F. Chang’s, the Asian-themed US restaurant chain, has unveiled a brand-new menu, which for a limited time is promising to transport visitors on a journey through Asia.

The international joint, which can be found in 11 locations across Dubai including The Dubai Mall, City Walk and The Beach JBR, says its new “Journey Through Asia” menu will take guests on a food adventure through China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan and Thailand. Available until the end of September, P.F. Chang’s claims the new menu will showcase expert high-temperature wok cooking to bring out the full flavour of each ingredient for an authentic experience.

New dishes on the menu include an orange Asian duck salad, fire cracker chicken with pineapple, mushroom, red pepper and dried chilies, and seasoned garlic prawns from China; duck summer rolls from Vietnam, sweet and spicy kanpung sau shrimp from Korea and tom yum chicken and shrimp soup from Thailand.

“We say ‘Journey Through Asia’ because this menu truly represents our passion for the wide variety of flavours, textures and colours of Asian cooking that we want to share with our guests,” said Jim Dunn, vice president of P.F. Chang’s. “Featuring original new recipes inspired by the region’s most popular trends and innovative cuisines, these dishes transport guests to new places where they can experience Asia with their loved ones without leaving their own hometown.”

To coincide with the launch of the new menu, P.F. Chang’s has also unveiled a raft of mocktails including the passion fruit cooler (fresh passion fruit, lime, mint, ginger and jalapeno), strawberry mocktail plus a berry blast including fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Prices vary. Until September 30. Various locations across Dubai, www.pfchangs.com.
