Emirati baker entrepreneur takes on Flow talk series

Healthy eating hub Flow continues second season of motivational talks with Sidiqa Sohal

In an effort to boost fitness and wellness, Flow has rounded up influential speakers to host its second talk in season two of its inspirational series.

Sidiqa Sohal, the owner and founder of cake and dessert boutique Spontaphoria, takes the stage at the Emirates Towers restaurant to discuss the challenges of entrepreneurship as well as the balance of personal and work life. The Emirati cook will bring to light her own experiences to not only keep you fit and proactive, but to keep you inspired, too.

The 20-minute chat will feature an open Q&A section, which anyone can participate in, because entry to the talk is free.

The first session in season two saw American instructor Bradford Rahmlow of Barry’s bootcamp, famed for keeping Hollywood stars in shape, enlighten the crowd about keeping fit and healthy on August 14, and pretty successfully, too.

Emirati fitness enthusiast Essa Al Ansari, also featured as he kick-started the first series of talks back in May, discussing his transformation from 130kg to 60kg, and to inspire the Emirati youth to keep in tip top shape with a healthy diet and physical activities.
