The Friday offering will be hosted in the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant Turquoise and the buffet will include a wide range of international dishes, with plenty of Turkish specialities as a nod to the hotel chain’s roots. The family-friendly brunch will including live cooking stations, as well as a large dessert area with plenty of Turkish pastries from a special baklava chef. There will also be live music from a band, as well as a “singing waiter”, to serenade guests. “We have crafted our Friday brunch offer to provide culinary gourmands with authentic Turkish flavours. Our chefs have mastered the process of creating quality dishes using traditional cooking techniques to deliver a distinct taste,” said executive chef Inan Dogru.
