Burger & Lobster Dubai launches new Power Breakfast

Try out these indulgent new dishes every Friday

1/7

Say adios to those soggy cornflakes and burnt toast, it’s time to try a breakfast with a difference.

Burger & Lobster in DIFC has introduced a new all-day Friday Power Breakfast, starring, you guessed it, burgers and lobsters (and other more traditional ingredients, such as eggs).

And in even better news, the Friday feast is available from noon-5pm, meaning that you don’t even have to jump out of bed early for it.

Plus there’s something sure to suit every taste from eggs to bacon (and plenty of lobster, because what’s breakfast without a tasty crustacean?)

Feeling traditional? Opt for the BNL Big Breaky. This full English comes with chicken sausages, veal bacon, fried eggs, baked beans and toast.

But where’s the lobster, we hear you cry. Fret not, there’s plenty on the menu.

Try out the Lobster BenDiction, the eatery’s take on eggs Benedict, with lobster, poached eggs and English muffin, or The Posho, which is a truffle and lobster potato frittata. Fancy.

A breakfast menu in Dubai wouldn’t be complete without some smashed avo. This one comes with poached eggs, lobster tossed in Japanese mayo and all served on English muffins.

The Birds Nest Burger, meanwhile, comes with a fried quail’s egg and melted cheese.

It’s not all full-on feasting, if you’re after something lighter, don’t miss The Health Freak. This egg white omelette is topped with 120g of lobster tail accompanied with grilled vegetables and brioche.

However, the star of the show has to be The Protein Baby. Burger, lobster, poached egg, truffle mayo and avocado. What more could you possibly want?

We know what we’re eating this Friday.

Dhs75-Dhs100 (plus 10 percent DIFC tax). Friday noon-5pm. Ongoing. Burj Daman Building, DIFC (04 514 8838).
