SALT opens up at Le Mer Dubai

The beachfront burger joint is now serving up your favourites

When the SALT food truck was first spotted at Kite Beach, its big, silver Airstreamer quickly became one of city’s favourite places to grab a burger. Now that truck has permanent home at La Mer, easily helping you to satisfy your Cheetos cheeseburger cravings.

You don’t have to be a surfer to make the most of the laid-back vibes at SALT Surf House at Le Mer, but the interiors are inspired by an industrial surf shop. There’s also a chill-out zone and a lounge area to relax in, too.

All the SALT favourites are still on the menu, with the addition of some new items exclusively for La Mer, including the Black Melt, made up of wagyu beef, barbecue-sriracha sauce, crispy cheese melt served in a black bun, and the Big Salter with double Wagyu beef, biggie sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, served in a black double bun.

Sweet tooth? Opt for a brownie bun, a warm chocolate chip brownie bun with chocolate softie, brownie crumbs and chocolate fudge. Or go for the lotus bun, a warm lotus brioche bun with lotus softie, lotus crumbs and lotus spread; or perhaps the cereal bun, a warm cereal brioche bun with cereal softie and crushed cereal.

Delish. It’s time to ditch the post-Christmas diet and hit the beach.
