Lovers of French food now have a fresh new restaurant to add to their to-try list. Brasserie du Park is now open at The Promenade at Park Hyatt Dubai, offering a chic piece of France to Dubai’s diners.
The Promenade boasts three brand-new dining areas, which includes Brasserie du Park, a Normandy-inspired restaurant that provides a touch of fancy, French flair, with simple yet authentic dishes.
Located on the picturesque banks of the winding Creek, diners here will have prime views across to the stunning Dubai skyline to enjoy alongside their traditional dishes.
Modelled on the quaint town of Deauville, Brasserie du Park’s al fresco seating is reflective of the seaside town itself and also provides an opportunity to sample some idyllic views.
Two other new spots are also now open, including NOÉPE. This chilled-out eatery has a laid-back nautical vibe with a light, breezy atmosphere. The licensed New England restaurant has a menu ideal for sharing, as well as home-made lemonade, iced tea and a selection of bubbly, hops and grape.
Meanwhile seventyseventy bar offers a refined space, modelled on the sleek designs of the early ’70s, perfect for a pre- or post-dinner brunch.
Plus, there’s exciting news for brunch fans, as the famous Traiteur brunch at Park Hyatt Dubai is back, too. A former Time Out Dubai Brunch of the Year winner, the brunch hasn’t run since the hotel revamped its dining area to form The Promenade.
But now, thanks to the launch of this brand new all-encompassing dining destination at Park Hyatt Dubai the popular brunch has returned and is offering up a French feast including gourmet cheeses, charcuterie and terrines alongside snails, pan-seared foie gras, scallops, crêpes and French patisseries.
