Bread Street Kitchen
Where better to get a pancake than from a British celebrity chef? Gordon Ramsay might not be whipping up the batter himself, but his team will make a mean one for you – and the best news? You can get a stack for just Dhs50. All you need to do is choose between sweet toffee, red velvet or the classic lemon and sugar. Decisions…
Dhs50. Tue Feb 13, noon-4pm, 6pm-10.30pm. Atlantis The Palm, Palm Jumeirah (04 426 2000).

Clinton St. Baking Co.

If you haven’t already been to Clinton St. Baking Co. in the past 12 days – get there right now. Not only is the New York bakery celebrating on the day itself, it’s dedicating an entire month to the egg- and flour-based sweet treats. And what better excuse than on Pancake Day itself? You can indulge with a stack of three pancakes (of the thick US kind) for Dhs59 at both the Burj Views and City Walk branches of the chain.
Dhs59. Daily 8am-midnight. Until Feb 28. Burj Views, Downtown Dubai (04 428 1331). City Walk, Al Safa Street (04 344 0705).

Copper Dog

This Scottish pub is offering up a stellar Pancake Day deal for all of you with hearty appetites. Head to this JBR nightspot between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and you’ll get unlimited pancakes for just Dhs99. There are a variety of toppings to choose from, including Very Berry to work your way through.

A classic place to get pancakes any day of the week (we know you’ve tried the stack as big as your head). But if you’re after the breakfasty treat for free this week you’re in luck as you’ll get a complimentary heart shaped pancake with every meal bought at The Beach branch from Tuesday February 13 until Wednesday February 15. A Pancake Day/Valentine’s Day combo, if you will.
Free. Open daily 7am-midnight. The Beach, opposite JBR (4 430 7252).
