If you’re still forging on with that 2018 diet, but love to eat, then you’re in luck, as two of Dubai’s popular restaurants have launched new, healthy menus.
Not just a party spot with endless plates of tacos and guac (although, we do love that), Loca has introduced some new lighter dishes to its menu. The Mexican restaurant has launched some fresh, new items packed full of Mexican flavour. The new menu, is now available and is aimed at health conscious dinners who don’t want to miss out of that Mexican flavour.
Designed by Chef Juan Flores new dishes include the rocca and Napalitos salads, as well as the papaya aguacate ensalada – made up of papaya, cottage cheese and avocado. There’s also an oxtail bone broth, sopa de tomate and a burrito salad. Nutritious, and surely delicious.

If you’re chilling by the pool, then you want to feel your best. Which is why RIVA Beach Club has introduced a new RIVA Lite menu to make eating healthily easy.
The menu is offered all day, so it’s ideal pre-beach lazing or post-pool dipping. If you want a healthy start to your morning new items include a smoked salmon and avocado breakfast bruschetta or homemade granola with Greek yoghurt, mixed berry compote and fresh mint, plus smoothies, juices and light pastries. During the day there are healthy mains and salads to keep you going, too.
