We love our frozen desserts in Dubai – and with summer just around the corner it’s the perfect time to get your mouth around something chilly.

Luckily for us, there’s a new ice cream café open in Business Bay and the unique creations crafted from organic soft-serve ice cream are out of this world.

Milkcow is a super-trendy South Korean café chain with 50 branches all over the globe (including JBR), and now it is bringing its wondrously crafted icy desserts to Bay Avenue.

Toppings include the likes of candy floss, chocolate rocks, jelly beans and mint syrup, and we are beside ourselves at the sheer thought of the Santorini, which consists of Oreo crumbles, tropical blue syrup, peanut and pistachio with a flourish of the aforementioned candy floss.

The menu continues in this flamboyant fashion, with each dessert resembling a carefully crafted work of art that puts the humble Mr Whippy to shame.

All of the ice cream is homemade and each of the 14 statuesque creations will be rustles up by the MOO Crew before your very eyes.

There’s even a healthy option on the menu called the Milky Peace, which is topped with pistachio syrup, sunflower seeds and cashew cluster.

The menu starts from just Dhs18 with the classic Milky Way, which is creamy organic ice cream without any toppings, and goes up to Dhs30 for more creative offerings.

We can’t wait to get our faces into it.
From Dhs18. Open daily 10am-10pm. Bay Avenue, Business Bay (04 456 9988).
