Time Out Says

From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2011
As the name states, this little budget eatery in Karama offers solely the popular Indian stuffed flat bread. With over 100 vegetarian variations available it becomes a bit of a nightmare knowing which filling to choose. It serves as more of a takeaway joint, there are only a handful of tables scattered around to eat in. The cocktail paratha, described as having a little bit of everything hits the spot, as does the methi with garlic. They each come with a choice of either a dahl, curd or chhole.

The chhole seemed to be the best option, as the chunks of chickpeas made it a more substantial accompaniment, and the curd is definitely well worth having to calm down some of the spicier options. We recommend finishing off with a sweet style paratha. As a paratha on its own is filling enough to cure any hunger pans, Paratha King is certainly amazing value, and is a good option as a take away if you want to veg out for the night in front of the TV.
