Time Out Says
Housed at the end of a jetty out to sea with prime views of Burj Al Arab, it doesn’t get much more wow-worthy than this.
A classic date night, or lunch, spot, this popular seafood restaurant has long been a hit for those looking to impress their other half in the city.
Book ahead of time, it gets busy, as you’ll want to secure a table near the water for the maximum wow-factor.
Both residents and tourists make a beeline here for special nights out, so you may well witness a proposal (if it’s you, congratulations) and be sure to dress up as it’s not a casual spot.
Dishes are, as you’d expect, predominantly seafood, so if your partner is a fish-lover then this will knock their flippers off.
Pastas, grills, raw seafood and more – all the classics you’d expect to see are present and correct on this menu, which also does its part in trying to be as sustainable as possible.
Pierchic also does a weekend brunch, so if you’re not one for a romantic dinner, then this is the perfect alternative.
With a location like this the price tag is, expectly, on the high side, but it’s worth pushing the boat out for a meal at this established romantic restaurant.
