Family-friendly buffet with ample variety
Time Out Says
Buffet restaurants in Dubai will more often than not overwhelm you with choice or disappoint with hardly any at all. Fortunately, Saffron at Atlantis the Palm has managed to find the elusive middle ground without sacrificing on quality. While the surroundings could hardly be described as chic, the layout – which comprises everything from grill stations and sushi stands, to salad and dessert islands – is easy to navigate, and both work well together. There’s enough variety to keep even the fussiest of eaters quiet. On weekends – particularly Friday – it’s packed to the rafters with jolly expats enjoying a knees-up brunch, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the hotel’s pool. Saffron is an obvious choice for fuss-free, child-and-adult-friendly fare.
