Time Out Says
We are eating at lunchtime, when it’s fairly quiet, and opt for a juice to kick us off. It’s called the Green Ginger, and it’s, well, green and ginger. This is mixed with mint, citrus and other goodness making it totally moreish. It’s a strong (literally) start.
The menu is interesting, but not overwhelming. You’ll be forgiven if you’ve never had a falafel waffle before – we hadn’t, but we’re glad we now have. A waffle, made of falafel, comes with harissa sauce, tomato and a poached egg on top. It’s delicious, but on the filling side.
Of course, no self-respecting trendy, healthy eatery would have an avo-free menu, and Sesame is no exception. This eatery’s offering comes with a goat’s cheese and sweet, honey finish.
With décor as clean as the food it promises, Sesame is worth a visit, but it could do with a few more diners to up the vibe.
