Time Out Says

Nestled away on the ground floor of JLT’s Cluster J (most popular for housing McGettigan’s) is this small healthy food joint. We’ve ordered deliveries before, but never eaten inside, so we’re here to see if it’s worth the trip.

There isn’t a lot of space to dine in (it is expanding, though), but it’s not an uncomfortable squeeze. Staff are friendly and are keen to show off their healthy menu. Dishes are high in protein and superfoods and there’s enough seeds, nuts and juices to keep the most die-hard paleo fanatics happy.

If you’re not a health-food nut yourself though, don’t be put off. With burgers, pastas and wraps available, there’s plenty to please every palate.

Salads (think quinoa, lentil, chickpea) all sound very good for you, but we’re feeling a bit more peckish so plump for a fish burger and grilled salmon fillet.

The “burger” is a marinated and grilled fish fillet, served on low-fat mixture of cabbage, mustard, tartare sauce, lemon and onion. The wholewheat rye bun feels healthy and it all tastes really good. The salmon comes with a filling quinoa
salad and wilted spinach with pine-nuts.

We’re satisfied and feel pretty good about ourselves. So good, we have room for a peanut butter power wrap to finish.

The Bottom Line
A tasty place to keep a diet on track.
