Time Out Says
From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009You could have trouble finding The Gallery in the BurJuman Rotana (FYI head for the third floor and it’s near the back by Plug-Ins).
The restaurant is fairly small and rather quiet. The wooden walls are complemented by colourful paintings, but there is nothing that exciting to get the kids (or adults, for that matter) talking.
Perhaps because of the lack of clientele, the waiting staff are a little reserved, shy almost, despite being friendly. The choice of food is straightforward, with soups, salads and seafood alongside beef fillet and watery chicken curry.
There are a lot of other places to try for food in the BurJuman, so The Gallery would have to put on something extra special to stand out from the pack. But, unfortunately, it doesn’t.
