The Sky

Time Out Says

Looking a little bit like someone’s living room (perhaps down to the huge TV screen and speakers set up for karaoke in the corner), The Sky serves up a kind of homely Korean food that suits the surroundings – unintentional though both of those things may be. Staff are on hand in their number, and quick to attend to the tellingly large groups of Koreans dining behind those ubiquitous partitions. From the lengthy menu, try a hearty bowl of bibimbap (meat served atop squidgy rice, then mixed up with sweet and spicy sauces), or the über greasy but guiltily satisfying seafood pancake. Dishes containing squid and octopus are an acquired taste, with the chewy ingredients not for everyone.
