Time Out Says

From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2008

The buzzy, funky atmosphere and friendly service here lends itself best to groups of friends and casual late-night snacks. Zaatar W Zeit specialises in saj – Lebanese pizza made with flatbread served piping hot from the oven and usually dripping in gooey cheese.

Try the lahme beajine, a rolled-up baked flatbread full of nicely spiced minced meat and tomatoes, or the jebneh halloumi – stuffed full of fresh squeaky cheese. Unlike other Lebanese saj bakeries, they also serve a variety of sweet options.
