Massive Eid shopping sale to be held in Sharjah

A huge shopping sale has arrived in Sharjah, with massive prizes including a Range Rover, a trip to New York, a trip to Milan and daily laptop giveaways.

The Grand Summer Discounts Sale will run from today (Sunday August 19) until Tuesday August 21 as part of Eid Al Adha celebrations, and will include all of the shopping malls and a large num-ber of retail stores in Sharjah.

More than 2,000 stores are offering promotions and discounts up to a whopping 80 percent on a range of products and top brands, and the prizes that are being dished out over the next few days are top-notch.

Sahara Centre will be giving away a 2018 Range Rover Velar, a trip for two to New York and a trip for two to Milan. The centre will also organise a carnival and a children’s show from Sunday August 26 until Thursday August 30.

Mega Mall has opened up a draw to win one of 20 vehicles, as well as giving away a tonne of daily prizes and a carnival and children’s show throughout August.

City Centre Sharjah is offering visitors a chance to win a school scholarship worth Dhs50,000, as well as daily laptops across 31 days.
Zero 6 mall’s carnival and a children’s show which started last month will continue until Friday Au-gust 24.

The increase is due to the massive success of the previous edition and the desire of retailers to take advantage of the lively shopping environment during Eid al-Adha.

We love a good bargain – almost as much as we love a freebie.

And if you’re in the area – why not check out the Eid fireworks in Sharjah, too?
Sun Aug 19-Tue Aug 21. Locations across Sharjah.
