Mix ‘n’ match styles make for Pakistani writer's zany look

Profile, Hisham

Hisham Wyne, 28, Pakistani, writer, columnist, commentator
My style is:
classic, zany and experimental.
Dubai’s style is: conventional. When people do decide to dress up, they still tend to avoid colour – men in particular are examples of monotone or dichromatic schemes.
I hate it when: people pull that popped collar look. So uncouth, so 2004.
I shop at: anywhere I can. I trawl for mid/mass market fashion brands to pick out interesting items and then combine them in interesting ways. The exception is suits - those take some research. Sometimes, Zara and Massimo Dutti fit better than Boss and Armani.
