Book a stall at Marina market
Opening at The Walk at JBR in November with a fresh new look, organisers of the Marina Market are looking for vendors selling vintage fashion, accessories, original art and photography. The market will run every Friday and Saturday from 10am to 10pm and will cost Dhs3,900 for six months. Call for info or to book your spot.

Harper’s Bazaar World of Fashion shopping event

The Address Hotels & Resorts Wedding Fair
Head to the Address Dubai Marina for this two-day event, which will showcase an entire range of wedding services under one roof and provide some much-needed inspiration for brides-to-be. As well as hosting decorators, make-up artists and entertainment providers, there will also be professional wedding planners and dress designers on hand.

LK Bennett opens at Mirdif City Centre
This British women’s fashion brand has just opened its first standalone boutique in the Middle East, and its the people of Mirdif that will be most excited. Occupying a space within Mirdif City Centre, shoppers can expect a fine range of shoes, accessories and ready-to-wear collections.

Marks & Spencer’s unisex line is your new go-to for easy-to-wear basics in no-fuss fabrics. We’re especially loving the camel cashmere cape with big button detailing for her, and we expect the men will be fawning over the machine-washable suits (pictured above).

Local online handbag store Toujours Chic have launched a monthly online charity auction, offering shoppers a chance to bid on a pre-loved or new designer bag, with 100 per cent of proceeds going to the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children. This month is a Balenciaga marine clutch.

Festival of Food at Mirdif City Centre

Watch the Dance Galaxy competition at Dubai Outlet Mall

Head to Dubai Outlet Mall to watch this three-day dance contest, where Dubai’s talented folk will have an opportunity to show off their skills and get feedback from industry experts. Popular Indian actor Bakhtiar Irani and his team of instructors will conduct the auditions.
