Dukkan Al Downtown shopping fair
Until Saturday March 3, the 3.5km Emaar Boulevard in Downtown Dubai is transformed into an outdoor market, where shoppers can browse the stalls, lifestyle and fashion products of Dubai’s up-and-coming retailers and designers.

Global Village
Make your way to this international shopping bazaar to browse handicrafts from countries including Turkey and Pakistan.

How to Get Into Fashion and Media conference
Want to break into the media industry? On Saturday March 3, you can gain insider knowledge from a panel of prominent industry speakers. There’s also a chance to win Dhs20,000 worth of prizes, including an internship at local firm Matrix PR.

Marni and H&M line

Light and Day photo exhibition at Mercato
From Thursday March 1, the works of French photographer Gilles Delmotte will be on display at this Jumeirah mall. Themed on Dubai, the works are for sale and a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to a charity promoting education for women and children in Bangladesh.
