London College of Fashion Short Courses Dubai
The fashion institution returns to Dubai until February 15 with a massive line-up of courses. Industry experts are hosting 13 courses, including Visual Merchandising 2, fashion buying and starting your own label.

S*uce Design a Dress 2014 competition
Want to stock your collection at S*uce? The winner of this year’s Design a Dress competition will be able to do just that. This year’s theme is ‘pink’ and those interested can visit www.shopatsauce.com/designadress.

H&M Go Gold collection 2014
The Swedish high-street chain has teamed up with the Swedish Winter Olympic team for Sochi 2014 (the games start this week), to launch a capsule collection inspired by the country’s Olympic get-up. Not to everyone’s taste, the Go Gold collection includes sporty bomber jackets, reptile-print sneakers, a roller-top backpack, sleeveless running vests and sculpted long-sleeve tops.

Hermione Boutique opens in Jumeirah
An airy 200 square-metre store, this brand new boutique in Magrudy Mall stocks brands from Paris and New York, including Bui, Jay Ahr, Torn by Ronny Kobo and Sly010.
