Hermes Floating Wanderland at Dubai Shopping Festival

Time Out Dubai has information on the Hermes Floating Wanderland that will be at Dubai Shopping Festival 2016. Plus more details on the month-long event

It’s not often we even go window shopping at Hermes, with prices ranging from Dhs40,927 – Dhs545,690 for a bag.

But this might be the perfect opportunity to check out some of the coveted items the designer brand has to offer.

Introducing the Floating Wanderland set to open next month on the Burj Lake, as part of Dubai Shopping Festival 2016.

Situated next to the famous Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall, the exhibition will be spread over 1,000 square feet for retail lovers. Fans of the French brand can visit between January 21 and February 6 to see classic and new pieces, and best of all it’s free to enter.

Room after room will provide moments of joy for fashion lovers if the similar events in London and Paris are anything to go by. Open noon to midnight, visitors will be taken on journey with Hermes which has been around since the 1830s.

Hermes not only has those iconic-looking bags to showcase, but they are behind accessories, clothing and scents too.

The 21st edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival will offer 32 days of retail festivities, on average attracting 4.5 million visitors and raking in Dhs15billion.

As well as making great purchases, there will also be plenty of entertainment as well as many chances to win incredible prizes.

Beauty Week, Gold and Jewellery Week, Apparel & Fashion Week and Perfume Week run over the month-long experience and all over Dubai, hotels and other attractions – including the recently re-opened Global Village - can’t wait to take part. Neither can we!
