Media mogul/actress Oprah Winfrey has called the watches one of her favourite things three times in her TV show segment. So it’s about time Philip Stein gets his own boutique at none other than Dubai’s Burj Al Arab.
Time Out Dubai can reveal that the luxury brand will open the first Philip Stein boutique in the region and will mostly be home to his higher end goods.
Expected to open its doors to customers at the end of January, it will be located behind the Ahmed Sidiqqi store.
The brand is not only famous for its beautiful wellbeing watches and jewellery – most recently launching a Cocktail Collection in gold, embellished with up to 216 diamonds – Philip Stein also has famous fans. Think Madonna, Samuel L. Jackson, Victoria Beckham, Jessica Alba…
The timepieces can also help you perform better, including teaching you how to sleep better at night, using a Natural Frequency Technology disk.
It works by channelling the frequencies towards the body, which in turn benefits the body’s own rhythms, tuning the wearer back to a state where they perform and live at their best.
The store will house the majority of Philip Stein products, primarily the higher end goods. The boutique will also have a very unique hologram display that will show the intricate parts and watch mechanisms in a 3D display.
"I am exceptionally revered to open the first Philip Stein boutique of the region at the Burj Al Arab Hotel," Dambir Chadha, Chairman of Precious Times, told Time Out Dubai. "The sui generis of the hotel is an ethos that is shared by the brand, making it such a perfect match for Philip Stein."
