Get ready for the return of the city’s biggest retail events, as Dubai Shopping Festival returns for its 23rd year.
Wake from your Christmas turkey-induced slumber and hit the shops on Monday December 26, with the annual city-wide shopping extravaganza running through until Saturday January 27, kicking off on Monday 26 with a 12-hour super sale where you can your hands on discounts of up to 90 percent at Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif, City Centre Deira, City Centre Me’aisem, City Centre Barsha and City Centre Al Shindagha.
As well as huge savings on top brands across the city, you’ll also be entered into a massive draw for every Dhs300 you spend at the mall, and you could win Dhs50,000 to spend during DSF. The draw will take place at the end of the 12-hour sale, at midnight on Tuesday December 27.
Alongside the huge flash sale, there will be the return of the Friday Surprise, offering incredible discounts every Friday of the festival, with each week focussing on one exclusive offer somewhere in the city, and the discounts are big. Details of each sale are only released 24 hours before it’s due to begin, so keep checking back with us for more information.
Elsewhere the festival will finish off with the massive “Final Sale”, a three-day event from January 25-27. This sale will see the final opportunity to snap up the best discounts in town.
By getting in early, you can also win a complete Dubai Shopping Festival concept room complete with to-of-the-range furniture worth up to Dhs10,000 if you spend Dhs1,000 at stores like Ikea, Home Centre and ID Design.
There will be fireworks displays every weekend through the festival at three Meraas sites, including La Mer, Al Seef and The Beach opposite JBR, plus there’s the return of Market Outside the Box, the fifth edition of the sale in Burj Park which brings together established brands and independent designers to help local designers show of their wares.
All that, and a whole lot more events, competitions, concerts, giveaways and massive discounts to be found across the month.
Thought Christmas was the most wonderful time of the year? Think again.
