Free Nike fitness classes in DIFC every week

If, like us, you’re finding it hard to tear yourself away from hibernation, Deliveroo and Netflix this summer, then hopefully this will help you peel yourself off the sofa and get out and about again.

Okay, we’re not saying you need to become an ultra-marathon runner, or anything – although that could bag you a US$100,000 (Dhs367,000) prize– but Nike has made it a bit easier to get back into the swing of things with free classes and sessions running through August, September, October and November.

At DIFC you’ll be able to join free sessions every week, with one-hour weekday and weekend sessions available on August 6, 23 and 27.

Classes include yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) through August and September in DIFC’s Gate Avenue. Then in October and November they’ll move outdoors onto the Podium Level, and will take in running sessions too.

To register your place at the free classes, because space is limited, download the Nike NTC App for August and September sessions, and the Nike NRC app for October and November.
