Enjoy free yoga in Dubai every Friday this month

Getting fit doesn’t need to burn a hole in your pocket this month, as Business Bay’s GFX is laying on free hatha yoga classes every Friday throughout the month of January. Namaste, indeed.

The one-hour free yoga session kicks off at 8.15am and will be led by yoga instructor Anand Shekhar at Bay Avenue Park on the lawn next to the skate park.

Hatha yoga, which focuses on breathing and alignment, is a great way to easy your way into a fitter lifestyle and all age groups and levels are encouraged to attend and bring their own mat.

Once you’re all stretched out and in a zen state of mind, you can enjoy the popular Farmer’s Market by Baker & Spice which runs every Friday and Saturday from 8am to 1pm until the end of April 2020.

The community-led initiative supports local organic farmers with a rent-free space to showcase their home-grown produce, selling it directly to customers without any middle man. Greens aren’t the only produce on offer, as foodies can also get vegan and gluten-free treats, baked goods and organic clothing from the many market stalls.

We’ll see you there bright and early.
