Outdoor exercise now allowed after 4.30am in Dubai

Outdoor exercise in Dubai is now permitted after 4.30am.

“Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai: All members of public allowed to exercise outdoors from after Fajr prayer (around 4:30 AM) while fully adhering to precautionary measures and avoiding gatherings of more than five people,” read a tweet from Dubai Media Office.



The National Sterilisation Programme Hours remain from 6am until 11pm, and exercise only is allowed in the time between 4.30am and 6am.
