Everything you need to know about Dubai Fitness Challenge 2018

It’s the second year of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, and that means the emirate’s largest festival of free fitness events is back, and you need to get moving.

From Friday October 26 until Saturday November 24, you can take part in thousands (yes, literally thousands) of free fitness events taking place across the city, and Time Out Dubai is here to help you make the most of the four-week fitfest, and give you what might be some much-needed fitspo.

This week’s episode of Time Out Quick Guides is dedicated to the 2018 edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, and is designed to help you make the most of everything that’s going on across the city that is basically turning Dubai into a giant gym. You can download the full map here (PDF).

You’ll learn more about what the Dubai Fitness Challenge is, where you can head every day for free classes, activities and games, and how to get going with the dedicated app that’ll help you get the best out of the festival.

It’s all part of the Time Out Quick Guides series, which gives you a handy, quickly digested guide to some of the city’s most important tourist attractions, and helps you plan your time in the city.

Don’t forget to subscribe for more videos like this, because we’ve also got another video explaining Dubai’s top attractions in 2018, and the craziest things you’ll only find in Dubai Malls (like ziplining and indoor skydiving).
