Set your alarm clocks to ring in the early hours of Sunday October 7, UFC fans, as the hugely anticipated UFC 299 fight will be kicking off at around 6am.

Arguably UFC’s biggest star Conor McGregor and the undefeated Russian fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov are going head-to-head over in Las Vegas, and you can watch it all go down right here in Dubai.

You can expect some of the city’s best Irish watering holes to swing their doors wide open for the fight, but a few other (possibly neutral) places will be putting on the big show.

Since it’s on a work day, you may want to pick a spot closer to your workplace – unless you’re planning on taking the whole day off.

There’s no time to waste – pick a spot to head over with a bunch of your pals and get your game face on.

Barrel 12
Living on The Palm? You’ll definitely want to head over to Barrel 12, which will be showing the fight from 5am.

Just for the occasion, the sports bar will be whipping up a breakfast bap, stuffed with hash browns, eggs, sausages, and a whole lot more.

Bridgewater Tavern
Scared you won’t wake up in time? Well, you could always head over to the Bridgewater Tavern the night before and stay with them until the match finishes.

You’ll definitely expect to see a lot of fans of McGregor in here, but you can also expect a cracking breakfast along with a tea or coffee to give you that extra kick to start your day.

For Dhs75, fans can indulge in Fiber Magee’s signature breakfast which features sausages, hash browns, black and white pudding, mushrooms and tomatoes. On a diet? Opt for the Healthy Breakfast, featuring a pancake topped with low-fat yoghurt, granola and a mix of fresh berries.

It gained a lot of attention during the summer's World Cup as being one of the top places to go, and now that garden on 8 is putting on the UFC fight, it looks sure to be popular.

Fans can head over to this rooftop bar at 5am to watch the two lightweight champions, with a beautiful sunrise as your backdrop.

There will also be a special breakfast burger available to tuck into for Dhs49, while drinks can be ordered à la carte.

McGettigan’s JLT
McGettigan’s JLT will be opening up bright and early for one of the biggest fights in UFC history, and you even have a hefty breakfast buffet while you watch it.

For Dhs79, UFC fans can tuck into the Irish bar’s list of breakfast trimmings, including sausages, hash browns, scrambled eggs, black pudding and just about everything to make up a full Irish breakfast – the perfect meal to have if you’re rooting for McGregor.

Reel Cinemas
Looking for an even bigger screen? The big fight will also be showing live at Reel Cinemas at Dubai Marina Mall and The Dubai Mall at 4am. The Dubai Mall will also be putting it on in its impressive Dolby Cinema, so you can hear each hit and the roaring crowds just like you were there.

Better yet, Jebel Ali Recreation Club and The Dubai Mall will also throw in a Guy Fieri’s breakfast sandwich, with pulled beef brisket, fried egg, cheddar cheese on a toasted sourdough bread, along with a pint of hops for Dhs80. Yum.

It just wouldn’t be The Irish Village if it didn’t put Ireland’s biggest fighting star’s anticipated match. So of course Time Out Dubai's Pub of the Year will be screening the match live from 6am.
