Rent spinning bikes for at-home workouts

While we’re busy finding ways to keep fit at home, gyms across Dubai are doing their bit to help those staying at home.

Just because we can’t go to the gym, doesn’t mean we have to become complete couch potatoes, and many Dubai gyms are offering free online exercise advice, on-demand workouts and even live-stream classes from their studio straight to your device.

Now, The Platform Studios in Dubai has taken things up a notch. The stylish studios, home to leading-edge spinning bikes, weights and more, have announced a renting option for people with the motivation, and budget, to level up their at-home workouts.

The gym, which has studios in DIFC and Dubai Marina, will be offering their industry-leading bikes to anyone who wants to join in remotely.

For Dhs2,000 (excluding VAT), plus a Dhs1,000 deposit, you’ll get rental on the bikes until Tuesday March 31. The bikes can track your power, speed, calorie burn and RPM while you’re taking part in daily spin classes that will be posted by The Platform Studios. You’ll get custom shoes and weights, with delivery and collection included.

You can get in on the action by calling 056 669 1621 or 058 122 8134.

Alternatively, here are some of the top places to go running in Dubai.

But, if you just fancy being lazy, here are some of the top new movie releases on du Movies this week.
Dhs2,000 (exc VAT, plus Dhs1,000 deposit). Until Tue Mar 31 (subject to change). (056 669 1621, 058 122 8134).
