Dubai Sports World opens for 2020

Dubai Sports World has opened for summer 2020, and there are loads of sports to have a go at.

Sports facilities, soft play and summer camps Dubai can now operate, and Dubai Sports World is back for its usual summer season at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Sports on offer this year include cricket, football, tennis, padel, basketball, volleyball and badminton – but bookings must be made in advance.
Entry is free, you just need to pay for your bookings.

There are five football pitches, three basketball courts, one cricket pitch, two tennis courts, two volleyball courts, one padel court and nine badminton courts.

There will also be a range of kids’ camps and training on offer this summer, from the LaLiga Academy for football to the Professional Sports Academy for badminton.

Dubai Sports World is back at its regular home of Dubai World Trade Centre, but it’s in a different hall this year. It is located over 15,000 sq m in Za’abeel Halls 4,5 and 6 on Al Mustaqbal Street. There will also be free shuttle buses from the metro. It is open daily from 8am until midnight, and bus timings will be 3pm to 11pm on weekdays and 8am until 11pm on weekends. There is no free parking this year, but there is parking available.
There are strict health and safety measures in place, as well as daily fumigation post closure and dedicated staff to sanitise equipment, while masks and temperature checks are mandatory.
