Has 2019 not kicked off the way you might have hoped? Well HRetreats wants to offer a helping hand to “reflect, realign and redesign” the life you should be living.
The health group is welcoming everyone to its brand-new Wellness Saturday event on February 16. It's a day-long event featuring yoga classes, massage treatments and globally certified healers.
Taking place at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery By Sofitel, the day of well-being kicks off at 9.15am and finishes at 5pm.
Called “Reflect, Redesign and Realign”, the event will start with a deep reflection on yourself, followed by a 60-minute Hatha class with yoga teacher and sound healer Eva Shanti.
Up next is a mindfulness session with master hypnotherapists Louisa Kiernander and Anna Yates, called “Intentions are the New Goals”. This will work on identifying guests' values, creating good goals and welcoming change.
After a healthy three-course meal at the Vibe restaurant, guests will be treated to a 25-minute massage at the spa and can enjoy the oxygen relaxation room, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
Fancy loosening those stress knots? The experience is priced at Dhs860 per person, and you can book your place at hretreats.com.
If you’re looking for other ways to rest and relax, Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai’s Que Spa has a few Japanese style treatments for you to be pampered by.
The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery By Sofitel has also launched a healthy brunch, and it includes laughter yoga, Pilates, fitness exercises as well as relaxation sessions.
It just so happens to be Valentine’s Day (Thursday February 14) this weekend as well, and nothing says “romantic” like a specially crafted spa session to celebrate the occasion.
There’s also some staycations to try out, too.
HRetreats has other events available throughout the next few months, and you can check out all about them at hretreats.com.
