Groups and societies promotion at The Els Club

Sign up for Urban Energy Fitness’s running programme
This new training programme will begin on Saturday September 1, and offer sign-ups the chance to achieve their goal of 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon distances. Training will last between ten and 21 weeks depending on individual goals, and includes two running classes and one fitness class per week, as well as nutrition tips, motivational meetings and plenty of goodies from Urban Energy and Reebok. Book before Friday August 31 and get a 10 percent discount.

Take a trip on a Wonder Bus
